marinium

The taste of the Mediterranean
in every drop.

Marinium’s aromatic profile is born from a selection of botanicals that tell the story of the Mediterranean:

Juniper berries

Conero rock samphire

Capers from the Isole Eolie

Italian coriander

Sicilian citrus fruits

Mediterranean seawater sourced from Sardinia

Distilled Dry Gin

A fresh and aromatic gin, where the resinous persistence of juniper meets the vibrancy of Sicilian citrus; the savoury notes of PDO capers from the Aeolian Islands and paccasassi (Crithmum maritimum) combine with the minerality of Sardinian seawater. A bold encounter that becomes a unique and refined experience.

Spirito Lento
Mediterranean Amaro

Spirito Lento tells the story of an approach that follows the pace of sea turtles and the silence of the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, the birthplace of its Mediterranean botanicals: sage, olive leaves and rosemary.
Seawater completes the recipe, enhances the botanicals and gives our amaro back its true origin: the sea.
To be savoured slowly, so that its Mediterranean notes have the time to tell their story.
